Cable doesn’t work, support requires a video?

"I love PC Gaming Race products but the cable from this replacement kit (left) has a USB-C connector that is too short compared to the original cable shipped with the GMMK (right). This causes frequent disconnects from the keyboard, and some devices won’t even work with it at all. I tried to reach out to support but there’s no email or anything listed, just unclear instructions on how to upload a video (then what?). I just want to fill a form and send a picture, how hard can this be."
