"The switch opener is pretty useless. Cheap plastic that isn’t able to open any of my switches so I just use the (much nicer) $10 Metal one that I got from amazon. Don’t bother with this."

Worked amazing
"Was easy to use and simple enough to get all my switches opened up. Made things go a lot smoother for rebuilding my keyboard"
Not terrible, not amazing, just decent.
"Probably should have just splurged and bought a metal switch opener. It works decent enough (easier to open Kail switches with it than Gateron or MX switches), but it feels pretty cheap all things considered."

Switch opener
"Mine didn't work well at all. The side of it that is supposed to clip onto the bottom half and hold it while you pull off the top half after the side tabs have been released was not working at all so I was stuck trying to hold the opener and both halfs of the switch without breaking it. Luckily I had a different opener laying around that worked flawlessly and made getting through my batch of switches effortless"
