Custom Built Keyboard
"I'm a gamer girl, and my husband's birthday gift to me this year was to custom build a keyboard through Glorious Gaming. There was a major delay in shipping my order, because of an issue that happened months ago. However, when I reached out for a status update, customer service was perfect. They responded quickly, gave me an open and honest explanation for the delay and offered me a full refund if I wanted to cancel my order. I chose to wait. It wasn't the CSR's fault, and I really wanted this keyboard. They didn't give me the run-around, didn't try to convince me to be patient or gaslight me. It was a lovely experience and I appreciated the way they handled the situation. They reassured me that processing facility was catching up, and it turned out to be less than 2 weeks after my inquiry that my order shipped. My keyboard was delivered a few days ago and I LOVE IT. I love the way it looks, how solid it feels, the switches and keycaps that I chose. All of it. I will be absolutely be ordering from Glorious Gaming again!"

Great Online Tool and Very Nice Final Product
"Overall, I think this is a surprisingly good deal. Solid metal keyboard, QMK compatibility(kind of), and generally a good experience. I only have one gripe with the boardsmith product specifically, and that is that for the price the stabilizers should be lubed. The bottom of the barrel, basic Fox switches(which are my other gripe, but since they are a different thing altogether and can be omitted, I don't include them in my rating. I just wanted to try them, and I don't like them much, I prefer normal old Gateron Reds) are prelubed from the factory, they aren't great, and don't sound very good, but they do at least come lubed. It would take an extra ~5-10 minutes per board to lube the stabilizers, and it makes for an immensely higher quality perception. Out of the box the stabilizers were all very rattly and not pleasant sounding, but a quick lube and they actually sound and feel quite nice. I just used dielectric grease and a little 205g0 and it took the board to a whole new level. I tend to prefer screw in stabs, but these fit the plate very well - I don't mind that they're clip in at all, and once lubed feel very nice. My only other issue is how QMK compatibility works. The board is technically compatible with QMK, and mine is currently flashed as such, which works fine. The problem is only firmware I could find was incomplete, and I had to do quite a bit of trial and error brute-forcing to fix a few things. I can't go back to Glorious' software even if I wanted to as I can't find a base firmware to flash anywhere. This should absolutely be an option, given QMK is difficult to learn, and the VIA support with the QMK firmware was spotty. Since the original GMMK Pro released with full QMK support as a selling point(and a strong, well-designed one, I still love my OG GMMK Pro), I think that should have continued. Overall, the build quality is fantastic, the metal feels nice, the LEDs look very good, and for those who won't notice or don't care about the two issues I noted, absolutely good value here IMO. I only don't subtract a star for the QMK implementation as it seems that it's been abandoned as a selling point, and the board isn't truly designed to be used that way. That's fair, I know they want people to use their software, I just refuse to do so as it is not as granular as I want. Big kudos for the design of the feet. I love that they're just friction fit rubber pieces. I do not like hiding screws, but this is a very good idea for hiding screws without needing to be destructive to get to them."

Love the color customization
"GMMK 3 PRO HE Wireless with Arctic Blue top case and knob. Using GMK Agent 01 keycaps. You can get just the look you are after. I matched the board to the keycaps. . . This is my daily driver. I started with the Fox HE switches and was not happy. Saw a review of the Lynx HE (Silent) keycaps and decide to try them, 100% better! It's a joy to type on (which is what I do most of the day). The board is just a bit too quiet now, I could try changing to the normal Lynx HEs, but I hear they are not quite as comfortable as the Silents, and what I am enjoying is the lovely typing feel I have now."

GMMK3 is Awesome!
"I really could go on and on about how amazing the keyboard is. It has never ending features it feels like, SUPER CUSTOMIZABLE, and looks STUNNING. . But what I really want to comment on is their customer service. Once my keyboard arrived I ran the firmware update on it from their CORE app and something happened which made the keyboard stop working. I got onto their customer service and sent an email, which they got back to me in the same day with an immediate fix for me. They are super helpful and straight to the point! My favorite thing really has to be the personalization though, I really loved opening the box and seeing who made my keyboard. Thank you Zeke!!"
