I had an old Amazon

"I had an old Amazon Refurbished GM: I that kept randomly disconnecting that I had bought years ago. I took a gamble that it was the cable since it was a common issue with older GM mice that the cable got overly bent while in the og packaging. I was able open up the mouse watching the YouTube video they have on the GM channel. I was careful and did not have to disconnect the ribbons cable inside the mouse by just turning the top shell sideways to get to the mouse cable connection area. I did end up needing to buy a small screw driver bit set because I didn't own the correct screw drivers. I kind of wish these mice cables came with complimentary small screwdrivers for that reason. I finished the repair with by replacing the mouse skates with 3rd party mouse skates dots meant for cloth mouse pads. Works great!"

Nothing wrong with the product,

"Nothing wrong with the product, works great, and quality is good, but the shipping was horrible. Shipping was almost worth more then the product, and when I received it in the mail… I was dumbfounded that it came in a plastic bag. . No bubble wrap, no box, just in a bag. I’m mad because I spent the extra $2 on shipping protection!?!"
