"The mouse was nice until it wasn't. My order got shipped in about a week. I liked the lightweight feel and the functionality of the mouse all together. The only major issue is that after about 5 months of daily use as a gamer, it started to flicker and disconnect. Thankfully, after reaching out to support, they helped me out to give me a replacement."

"This mouse is genuinely a high quality mouse that's lightweight and feels nice to use. However, this model DOES have a semi-recurring issue with it's cable where it may start disconnecting or cycling DPI stages. It happened to my first Model O 2 twice, but the replacement I received a few weeks ago hasn't had this issue. The support team is quite helpful when it comes to resolving issues and overall it is a good product, you just might need to replace the cable(contact support trust me it makes your life easier) at some point."

"A few months into using this mouse it started randomly disconnecting. I've downloaded drivers, turned off usb power saving, switched to every port on my PC. Nothing. This has been a known issue for a long time, and for a price like this, it's unacceptable. Now whenever it disconnects, I have to unplug and re-plug it in, only for it to dc 5 minutes later. It sucks cause when it does work, it works very well."
