Mouse Does Not Hold Charge

"I have had the mouse for only a couple days now and it doesnt hold a charge at all. The LEDs are lying 100 percent cause after only using it for maybe 6 hours it goes from green to red. Also the mouse just randomly turns off even at full charge. I have updated all the software in CORE and the mouse it's self, also factory reset it a couple of times and still it just shuts off. Glorious CORE basically has no settings to change sleep timer and also any RGB. Plan on exchanging the mouse for a different one if the issues keep happening."
