"The key board is great but im facing a problem. the inputs stop every once a while and the lights dont work unless i do a input, but they only work for a tenth of a second. i reslly want to use the keyboard but its being a little rough."

"No software support for ISO. Glorious continue to sell ISO with broken software. It’s been what 8 months and still no working software. Poor really poor. Just broken promises about it being fixed. And to make things worse if you want to return your defective product you have to pay shipping to the US even though it was shipping from UK or EU!"
"This keyboard is beautiful. I’ll start there. The build quality feels top-tier—heavy aluminum frame, solid construction, minimal flex, and a clean white/silver finish that honestly makes it look like a luxury device. I was excited to finally have a board that looked and felt this good. But that excitement died the second I actually tried to use it. Let’s talk about Glorious Core—the software required to access even basic features like per-key RGB, remapping, or side-light behavior. It doesn’t crash. It doesn’t glitch. That would imply it’s doing something. No—this software simply does not function. It’s like a placebo that gaslights you while your board blinks like it’s possessed. Cause and effect? A myth. Input and result? Coincidence. Consistency? Not even in the dev vocabulary. You click a setting, the UI reacts, but your board? Laughs in silence and ignores you. Want to disable the distracting side RGB strobe that kicks in during games? You can’t. Want to remap anything at all? Good luck. The board and the software act like they’ve never met. In short: this keyboard looks high-end. But under the surface, it’s locked behind dysfunctional software and baffling design decisions that make it a glorified paperweight."
"I really like the haptic and the premium finish of the keyboard. I changed the switches to silent panda for a better typing experience. The software however is simply unusable. Glorious is aware of the issues and bugs, especially with the ISO/EU layout, but has no roadmap to answer the problems. So remapping and customizing the lights is not possible in the moment. One can hope and I truly do, but i also think that it is not ok for a company to sell products with a broken software. Today I cannot recommend buying such a device, which hurts to say, because: The hardware ist great."
