How do I swap out keycaps?

Easy! Just use the included keycap puller to gently pop the keycaps off. Then press your new ones on until they click into place.

What does IP57-rated waterproof mean?

IP57 means GMBK 75% can handle more than just a splash of water. It’s protected against dust (and cookie crumbs!) and can survive being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. Basically, it’s real life-proof.

How can I customize the 10-Zone RGB lighting?

It’s simple with our Glorious CORE software. Select and customize your lighting from a menu of pre-made effects (Base Effect) or change the color and brightness of the 10 individual lighting zones (Custom Per Key).

"Its an okay keyboard but really dissapointing especially for 60 dollars, the switches dont feel good and feel sticky and i cant even replace them because theyre not hotswappable which i feel like for 60 dollars should be expected especially from a gaming brand like glorious, the keyboard did not come with a manual on how to change the lighting or use other features of the keyboard, if you are going to buy a gaming keyboard buy a gk61 instead it is half the price and is hotswappable, im extremely dissappointed with this purchase, the only thing that is good about this keyboard is the rgb but what is the use in that when the keyboard itself is not good"
