Getting Started

Plug & Play 

Connect the USB-C cable provided to your headset and then to your device: 

  • PC, PlayStation, Switch, and Android: Connect the USB-C cable to an available USB-C port, or use the included USB-C to USB-A adapter. 
  • Xbox: Connect the 3.5mm audio jack to the audio port on your controller. 
  • No USB port available: Use the included 3.5mm audio combo cable.

Software

Glorious CORE 

Download Glorious CORE to change RGB settings, choose EQ presets, adjust microphone settings, save personalized configurations, and update your headset firmware. Customized settings are saved to your device, allowing you to use them on any other PC, laptop, games console, or mobile device.

Headset Layout

Size Adjustment 

The suspension headband and angle of the ear cups automatically adjust to fit you. To fine-tune the height of the ear cups, firmly hold the headband and gently push or pull each ear cup up or down equally until you find the most comfortable and optimal fit. 

Controls

Left Rotary Knob

Game / Chat Mix

Rotate clockwise to increase game volume; counterclockwise to increase chat volume

Enter EQ Selection Mode

Two short presses (< 1 second)

Change EQ

Rotate clockwise or counterclockwise to browse presets

Confirm EQ Selection

Two short presses (< 1 second) within 15 seconds. If not confirmed, the headset returns to the previous EQ.

Toggle RGB Lighting On / Off

Press and hold for 3+ seconds

Right Rotary Knob

Volume Up

Rotate clockwise

Volume Down

Rotate counterclockwise

Answer Incoming Call

1 short press (< 1 second)

Reject Incoming Call

Mute Microphone

Short press mic mute button. LED on microphone housing lights red.

Reset to Factory Default 

To reset the GHS Eternal RGB to factory settings, connect your headset to your computer and open Glorious CORE. The factory reset option can be found on the “General” page. 

 

⚠️ This action will erase all custom profile information and reset all settings to default. 

Maintenance

Wipe dirty surfaces with a lightly damp cloth and allow to dry. Do not use chemical cleaners or run the product under water. Clean dust, debris, and sand with a soft brush.
