"Glorious panda switches are by far my favorite switches I’ve owned. They provide that thick thocky sound along with that satisfying tactile feel, a real treat for your senses."
"I am a Cherry MX Brown user and recently upgraded to a hall effect keyboard (80HE). I couldn't get used to the stock linear switches so I went with these. They have been a direct upgrade compared to the MX Browns. If you are gentle and play around your actuation point there is a nice rounded bump at 1. 0mm of depression. If you are not gentle and usually bottom out your keys, you will barely feel the bump. The one downside I see is the sound profile, I'm getting more clicks and clacks than the stock which was definitely more of a thocky muted raindrop noise. I think the price point is a bit high given the mid sound profile, but I am still satisfied."
"First off, I do really like the pandas quite a bit of the foxes in terms of overall feel. It's subtle at first, but you actually start to get more of a feel for it over the course of a few days and then the foxes feel kind of lifeless in comparison. The clear case has a good RGB shine through, unlike the mechanical counterparts, which is a plus. My only complaint about these really is that the 75% keyboard layout has 80 keys, but the boxes only contain 36 keys each. This leaves you with 8 keys missing and the prospect of paying another $45 just to complete the set, but then you'd have 28 left over. If I could find a separate HE numpad, this wouldn't be a problem since I could use the extra keys there, but no one seems to make one. As a compromise, I went ahead and swapped out the Esc key on the top row, but I kept all 12 function keys with the fox HE switches. I rarely use them, but it's still kind of annoying."
"These are the worst! They are so mushy and have almost no bump or tactile feedback! I'm not sure if they're supposed to be this way, but I ordered multiple boxes of this switch because I really wanted to like it. I even ordered more afterwards to see if it was a fluke. But they are all same: almost linear, no snappy, thocky sound at all, mushy. They are basically silent (but it's not the silent version). Impeccable customer service, though. Pheonix was patient, consistent, and always committed to helping."
"Great switches on the fringe between tactile and linear having best of both worlds."
"Pretty reliable decent switches to run, I use these one on a backup keyboard and they sound decent"
"While the switches do feel nice, are quite silent, and (for the most part) perform as expected. . . . I'm finding that the longevity of these switches leave much to be desired. Ordered my GMMK 3 Pro with Panda Standard HE switches in late October, receieved the keyboard in late November, and now we're in mid-January, and the switches under WASD already are sounding somewhat rough and grindy, and sometimes don't press down when I need them to while gaming. I'm hoping this isn't a common issue, but I might have to get some replacement switches ALREADY for a less-than-2-month used keyboard. Of course, as I start typing this, they seem to be going back to sounding and feeling quite normal. . . . but who knows if it'll last. . . ."
"My dream to have silent mechanical keyboard came true! Each button press give me a lot of enjoyment! Totally recommend!"
