How long does it take to assemble and ship a custom GMMK 3?

2-3 weeks is standard, but we'll get it to you sooner if we can! Custom GMMK 3 keyboards are all hand built in Dallas, TX.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

How much extra does it cost to customize a GMMK 3 using Boardsmith?

It’s just a $30 build fee, which is still signifcantly cheaper than buying a prebuilt board and customizing it yourself.

Is there a warranty or return policy for customized keyboards?

2 year warranty. Plus an extra year if you register your board.

Can I order extra accessories (keycaps, switches, cases, etc.) alongside my customized keyboard?

Absolutely!

What kind of support is available if I have issues with my customized GMMK 3?

Glorious has a best in class customer care team able to help you troubleshoot or just simply get the most out of your board.

Are there guides for maintaining or repairing the keyboard?

Yes, we have written and video guides detailing how to replace all modular elements of the GMMK 3 in the Support area of our site.

Where are these keyboards assembled?

All custom GMMK 3 keyboards are assembled and tested at our location in Dallas, TX by local Glorious team members.

Yes, the GMMK 3 features a highly modular design compatible with our expansive ecosystem of first-party accessories.

Will there be anything I need to do before using my customized keyboard once it arrives?

Your custom GMMK 3 keyboard will arrive plug-and-play ready right out of the box! If you want to prepare, you can download our Glorious CORE software utility to take full control of your new keyboard right away.
