"This is an incredible mouse, I had it for around 3 months but then the mouse sensor started stuttering really badly to the point where I couldn't do a simple task on my computer. The customer support was good and nice though."

"Very smooth and comfortable mouse. Very different from the standard model in feel and clicks. Clicks are firmer and louder. It does have a few small issues where it will randomly disconnect (to fix just turn off and on quickly) but it is easy to track with and durable for long term gaming."

"The mouse felt great to use at first, but I ran into problems. The sensor started stuttering a lot, and the charging cable stopped working after a while. Also, it's worth mentioning the clicks are loud and hollow compared to the og model, and it's not optimal for butterfly clicking (for those who play Minecraft)"

Model O 2 Pro

"I have big hands and used the model D for a few years, it has been solid. I realized I needed something a little smaller and the Model O 2 is perfect. Nice shape for my grip style, the sensor is very accurate and fast, I can feel the difference. The battery is excellent, I only have to charge it once in a while and I use it 4 plus hours a day. I wish the mouse came with an extra set of feet for this price. Overall, a great mouse. This is a perfect mouse for any hand size."

Customer service was good, but

"Customer service was good, but the mouse itself has some pretty noticeable latency issues when in wireless mode, even with the range extender. The cursor sometimes hitches and stutters, and even completely stops moving at times. I have to turn the mouse off and then back on again to make it work. I've tried using a different mouse pad, increasing polling rate/dpi, and even uninstalling/reinstalling the glorious software. I know the O 2 pro has some latency issues not present on the D 2 pro, I would just like to know how to fix them"
