Coming from a v1 Model

"Coming from a v1 Model D wireless, so my comparisons are to that: I like the switches for the mouse buttons, I feel like I can rapidly click with them more reliably. I love the battery swapping and charging base system. I think the scroll wheel is better as well. I don't like the weight distribution, mainly because of the battery pack at the bottom, but that isn't a detriment for me. I'm taking two stars off for two big reasons: - software is Windows only - long pressing the button on the dock doesn't work, the instructions say that's supposed to change the polling rate, which is something I really would like to have since I don't want to keep it on 8k all the time for battery life reasons and also because some games can't handle it and perform poorly. In my testing, long pressing the base button doesn't do anything at all, regardless of Windows or Linux, or whether the software is running or not."

"Been using the mouse quite a lot since its release. The 2 batteries are awesome, just one tiny issue I have, the batteries run out quick. I have LED brightness down to 10%, polling rate at 1000Hz, dongle is no more than 50-60cm from mouse and still manage to change the batteries 2-3 times during a longer session. Other than that a great mouse :)!"
