This will be Glorious' first group buy offer - which means we're only making as many mice as are ordered during a short time window. Once group buy closes, you won't be able to order one!

Here's how it will work.

1. The group buy will open on Wednesday May 6 @ 11:00 AM CST on this page: https://www.pcgamingrace.com/products/glorious-model-o-pink
2. You'll be able to place an order for a Pink Model O or O- for $59.99 + S&H through our normal store checkout process. 
3. The group buy will be open for 3 weeks, between 5/6 @ 11AM CST and 5/27 @ 11AM CST. Anybody who places an order during this time window will be guaranteed a mouse.
4. After the group buy closes, all orders are final. No cancellations or refunds can be made after 5/27.
5. Our factory will get to work as soon as all orders are in. We will update the status on the product page as the group buy progresses through the manufacturing & shipping process. 
6. After arriving in our warehouses, your mouse will tentatively ship in Late August 2020. *this is subject to change* Normal shipping times and rates apply.

Group Buy FAQ

How is a "group buy" different than a "pre-order"?

With a typical "pre-order", you pay in advance for first dibs on a product that will typically still be mass produced and sold to the public at a later date.  However with a group buy, you're pre-paying for a product can only be ordered during the group buy period. We're only making as many mice as are ordered for during the 3 weeks its open.

The communal purchasing power of a group-buy helps us to make limited quantity runs cost effectively.

Will the specs be the same as black and white O/O-?

Yep! This is the exact same mouse with the same weight & specs. More details can be found on the product page once its open.

How pink is this bad boy?

Awesomely super Glorious Prism Pink! The pantone color is #14-2311.

The render in this post is an accurate representation of the actual mouse. However please note the color may look slightly different from what you see on your screen depending on your monitor / display settings. Additionally, there may be slight color differences between individual units due to normal manufacturing variance.

How will I know when the mouse is ready to ship?

We'll post periodic status updates on the product page, and will also send you updates via email. Be sure to also follow our social media pages Twitter, Instagram, Facebook to ensure you stay up to date with the latest announcements. 

We expect the mouse will be ready to ship in late August 2020, however this may be subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances or delays.

If I don't participate in the group buy, will I be able to order a Pink O/O- at a later date?

While we can't guarantee plans won't change in the future, for now the only way to get a Pink O/O- is to pre-order during the group buy, 

Since this is a limited run, is there risk of non delivery or quality issues like with some other group buy sites?

We've worked tirelessly to maintain and constantly improve high quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process for all of our products, this will be no different. If you order it, you'll get it. If you have a problem with your mouse we'll take care of you.

Can I participate in the group buy through any international retail partners?

Some partners will have Pink Edition O/O- available to pre-order, or to purchase at a later date. Details are on a store by store basis. Please check with your store directly for more information about their particular plan. 

International customers can also still order through our site as usual.

Is there an MOQ (minimum order quantity) like other group buy sites?

We fortunately have enough purchasing power that meeting MOQ is not predicted to be an issue. If you place an order you'll get a mouse.

What happens if I want to cancel or change my order?

You can make changes to your order or cancel for a full refund until the group buy closes on May 27. Since this is a limited run, unfortunately we can't accept any cancellations after that date - however you can still update your address up to the date of shipping.

What coating is this mouse?

Pink O / O- will be in matte coating.

Does it come with the white Ascended Cable?

Yes! The white cable will be pre-installed on all Pink O/O-.

Why are you selling a matte mouse for $59.99 instead of the usual $49.99?

Since this is a limited production run in a lower volume, it costs us slightly more per unit to make than our typical offerings.

Will a Pink Model D be available?

Not right now, but who knows in the future :)

Can I order other products in the same order?

Yes, you can add any other Glorious products in the same order as the group buy. However, all items will ship at the same time with your Pink Edition O/O- when it is ready.

Will my group buy mouse still be covered under warranty? 

Yes. Your mouse is still covered under the same 2 year warranty as the regular Model O/ O- . Full customer support is available to help you with any issues. We will have a *limited* reserve stock to process RMAs. In the event RMA reserves are depleted, we'll offer store credit, replacements with other product, or refunds on a case by case basis.
