March 05, 2019

We know you’ve been waiting patiently. It’s almost time.

Model O reservations will be open from March 9 2019, 11AM CST, to March 23 2019, 11:59PM CST.

UPDATE

Model O Reservations Are Now Live Here

Please review all information below before ordering.

Here’s how it will work:

By placing a reservation, we will guarantee you’ll be able to order your mouse as soon as the first batch is ready to ship (4-8 weeks after reservations close). That means anybody who wants a mouse, can get it ASAP.

The reservation cost is $5 per unit.

*We’ll credit this amount to the final order total when you complete it prior to shipment.*

4-8 weeks after reservations close, once we have the product ready for delivery, you will receive a notification with instructions to complete your order and pay the remaining balance.

Once this notification is sent out, you’ll have a 1 week period to complete your order before Model O officially launches to the general public. After launch day, we can no longer guarantee you’ll be able to get the mouse before the first batch sells out.

As soon as you complete your order, we’ll process it for immediate shipment.

Changed your mind after placing a reservation? No worries, you can cancel your reservation at any time for a full refund.

Note: A reservation is not a Pre-order.

You are not buying a mouse for $5. You're paying $5 to guarantee the option to buy one as soon as it’s ready to ship. The full price of the mouse is between $49.99 - $59.99 depending on your choice of coating. The $5 you pay now will be discounted from your final total.

You have no obligation to order the mouse if you place a reservation. And you do not have to place a reservation to be able to order the mouse after the official launch date.

        • Make sure you carefully read the important notes and FAQ below.

        FAQ:

Q: Why are we doing reservations?

A: We want to ensure that anybody who wants a mouse can get one as soon as possible. Reservations are the best way for us to accurately predict how many units we need to have ready to ship on launch day.

We do intend to keep the Model O in stock on our web store for anybody to order. However due to our finite production capacity, depending on demand we cannot guarantee it won't sell out for a short period of time while we restock.

Q: Why not do regular Pre-Orders?

A: We don't want to tie up your money until we actually have the product in our warehouses and can give you an exact date of delivery.

Q: Why can’t you just give an exact date when I’ll be able to complete my order now?

A: We don’t like giving false promises. Unforeseen circumstances happen, and the time for our manufacturers to complete production within our standards of quality will be dependent on demand. Once reservations are complete we’ll be able to give you a more accurate date.

Q: Where do I go to place a reservation?

        A: Go to pcgamingrace.com on March 9th.

Q: What is the full price of the Model O?

A: The price of your mouse will depend on the coating type you choose during the ordering process. The Matte Black and Matte White versions will cost $49.99 + Shipping & Handling. The Glossy Black and Glossy White versions will cost $59.99 + Shipping & Handling.

Q: Is there a limit on how many mice I can reserve?

A: No. You can reserve as many as you'd like for $5 per unit.

Q: Can I edit my reservation after I have placed it?

A: No - we cannot modify reservations after they are made. We will have to cancel and resubmit your reservation.

Q: I placed a reservation but don’t want to order the mouse anymore, can I get a refund?

A: Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund by emailing cancellation@pcgamingrace.com with your reservation ORDER ID and your full mailing address. Your refund will processed within 7-10 business days.

Q: I reserved my Model O but want to change my mailing address.

A: Don’t worry, you will go through the checkout process again when your unit is ready for delivery and you can update your address then.

Q: Can I reserve the Model O on any of the international partner sites?

A: No - reservations are only made through pcgamingrace.com

Q: If I reserve, will I receive my unit earlier than those on launch day?

A: Most likely, yes - we will start processing reservation orders about a week before launch day for our reservation holders.

Q: I missed the reservation window, am I screwed?

A: No, the Model O will officially go on sale to the public 1 week after order notifications are sent out to reservation holders. After that time, anybody can order it. This is not a limited run item - we will do our best to keep up with demand into the foreseeable future. However we cannot guarantee stock or restocking times if it sells out at any point. So if you think you might want the mouse ASAP, we highly recommend reserving.

        Q: Is there a shipping charge/fee?

A: Yes, there will be a shipping fee when you are invited to complete your Model O order. Shipping within the USA will be about $5.99. International rates vary (around $10-$15+ depending on location, customs/duties fees may apply).

Q: Will there be any additional accessories available with the Model O?

A: Yes, you will have the option of buying extra G-Skates Mouse Feet and a mouse bungee when completing your Model O purchase.

        Q: When is launch day?

A: Our global launch day target will be sometime in April or May. Exact dates to be announced as soon as possible.

Q: Will I be able to see any reviews for the Model O before completing my order?

A: Yes - A very limited number of trusted independent reviewers have been given early access to the Model O prior to launch. Their reviews will go live on or before launch day.

Q: Will the Model O be available on Amazon?

A: No. The Model O will only be available through the pcgamingrace.com website and our international partners.

Hi guys, was just wondering anout my recent reservation of the matte model o. I ordered through your website but i live in australia so would my model o get sent from pccg or the us. Should i have ordered it from pccg rather than your website, or will my model o just get sent from pccg anyways. Mainly because i dont want to pay a big postage fee.
        Thanks Declan

        Jigsaw:

I like that it’s wired, personal I dislike wireless I hate having to constantly charge devices. And also its their first mouse why should they complicate the process further by making wireless. Not to mention that there are 3 more mice announced and most likely one will be wireless so all you have to do is wait. Good job glorious I’m happy with how you are handling this launch.

        March 10, 2019

        Wireless dosnt matter:

Wireless is nice don’t get me wrong. But Glorious doesn’t need to “step up their game and make a wireless mouse.” The battery’s are still a long way off being a 2-3 week charge mouse and I don’t want to have my mouse drop out midway through a match. Don’t get me wrong wireless is amazing. But wired is still better in so many ways. I reckon well be there in the next few years having much better wireless mice that have massive battery’s and amazing signal strength making those rare but still prevalent dropouts that do happen a thing of the past.

        Shayne:

Thanks for making it corded, nothing worse than a mouse that needs a charge or new battery.

        WirelessOrNoBuy:

As my name implied, the Glorious PC GAMING RACE need to step up their game and make a wireless mouse.

Wired mouse is obsolete. It’s already 2019.

How much will this cost at PC BYTE in aud?

        March 08, 2019

        Frtitz:

We need a nordic supplier for this product range. Buying a mouse + huge shipping costs + customs = not fun. To bad Maxgaming was denied to supply us with this by Finalmouse because of their exclusivity. :(

I’m just curious as to what the difference is between Matte and Glossy.
I wish I could see a review before reservations. Oh, well.

I agree that it’s too large.

        Tobias:

Dirt is something that just happens when a HID is in use every day and I can see the dirt just getting into that honeycomb cutouts and it ending up being hard to clean. If you do a version 2.0, I’d love the honeycomb cutouts to be filled for a smooth surface, that is low-maintenance. I really hate cleaning my keyboard and I’d hate to have a mouse that needs the same level of attention.

I wish I could just get the mouse today, anyway I suppose ill have to keep waiting. I am curious to know if there is a big grip difference between matte and glossy?

I love how salty everyone in this comment thread is.

Don’t want to preorder before seeing reviews and knowing every minute detail about the mouse? Then wait for the public release after reviews come out and don’t preorder.

Preordering is for enthusiasts who will be buying this mouse regardless of small details. Most companies don’t even offer a preorder service like this, and will happily let you fight to the death over limited quantity releases (finalmeme).

An ultralight wired mouse with the size and shape of an FK1 and RGB lighting, under 70g? – Instant day one buy for me, no questions asked.

What would be the benefits for the glossy vs matte?
These mice look really sweet can’t wait to get my hands on one!

Agreed about Rocket Jump Ninja, his reviews are too good to ignore, to the point where I wouldn’t and won’t buy anything before watching his review.

        March 07, 2019

        WaveRider:

I truly do wish that there was more information about the internals of the mouse such as, does it have onboard “profile” memory or just memory for dpi? and is there going to be software? I do realize that the sensor is a 3360, which is great, but what are the switches? Are they 20 million, 50 million? Also what about the other models coming out soon? Why play the games Glorious, just let the people who are going to probably buy these mice know already. I guess companies have yet to learn the lesson of that. If the mice don’t have onboard profile memory, I’m not interested. If you have to use the software to make changes without onboard profile memory much like Razer synapse, it’s a waste of time regardless if the mouse itself is nice.

        March 06, 2019

        cybernetic esportsman:

@Eric i think RGB has no point without software since you’ll be not abled to fully customize it. That’s why i guess there has to be a software.
