A trial version of Prey is now available on Steam

Arkane Studios have finally given us a chance to play a trial version of Prey on Steam. Even though a demo version was released on consoles earlier, it is only now that we can test the "mind-bending sci-fi adventure" on PC before deciding whether it's worth $59.99 (50% off until August 29).

In an era when developers rarely release demos of their finished games (and lots of gamers complain about full-game price tags), it's exciting to see there's still the occasional title we can download for free and play for a few hours. And while some would say that "Steam refunds are like a demo already", we believe nothing can beat a good old demo/trial that we can replay as many times as we want.

Anyway, back to the Prey trial - you can get it on the game's official page on Steam. Just scroll down a bit and you'll see the "download demo" button. Time for some free alien hunting!
